Stirling Castle
Steeped in history, Stirling Castle dates back to the early 12th century. Several Scottish monarchs were crowned there, including Mary Queen of Scots in 1542, and it was one of the most-used royal residences in the country. Stirling Distillery
Founded in 2015 by June and Cameron McCann, the distillery produces Stirling Gin, which proved so popular it’s now a nationally recognised spirit. Enjoy gin tours and tastings, cocktail masterclasses, and seasonal events. Whisky production is now underway too, with the first whisky due for release in 2027!
The National Wallace Monument
