The in-room aromatherapy diffuser, oils and robe are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in, and any items removed from the room will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Express LED Face Mask Glow Ritual

Express LED Face Mask Glow Ritual is subject to availability. The LED face mask is provided for exclusive use for up to 24 hours during your stay and remains the property of the hotel. The mask must be returned to the front desk at the end of the 24-hour period or on check-out, whichever is sooner. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in, and any items removed, lost or damaged will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Package is subject to availability. Robes are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. Any items removed from the room may be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability and available until 12pm, subject to availability. If late check-out cannot be accommodated, the charge will be refunded in full.
